新增 MkmjCarRecordController 和 MkmjSwipeCardRecordController 控制器- 实现车辆和人员进出统计数据的查询逻辑- 添加相关的 DTO、CO 转换器及服务实现类
支持通过区域或通道 ID 查询统计信息
提供车辆和人员出入数量的聚合展示接口
