refactor(user-config): 统一数据获取方法调用

- 移除 fnGetData 函数中的 searchForm 参数传递
- 修正分页重置后的数据刷新逻辑
- 简化多个用户配置页面的数据获取方式
- 保持表格选择状态清理功能的一致性
